Default TCM diagnosis and O/D light off

hi guys,
please my 2007 xterra moves with extra force on the accelerator and the diagnosis showed TCM also the O/D light is permanently and the switch does not control it.This happened after "service engine soon" indicator came on,i thereafter had the oil,oil filter, plugs and a bad battery changed. The A/T selector selects fine and moves well in reverse but moves quite slowly in drive unless i exert more pressure on the accelerator. How do i solve this problem? Thanks
