Default Tires 00 Pathfinder

I am looking to install a used/larger pair of tires on my '00 Pathfinder. The original size tires are P255/65R16. The used pair that I want to install is P265/70R16.
How will having 2 different size tires affect the vehicle?
Should I put the larger size on the front or rear?

The 265s will be sitting about 1/2" shorter. Prolly won't make a difference if it's a 2WD. larger wheels in the back. But you can't rotate the tires normally.

If you're driving 4WD frequently, I'd get them all the same size.
