brake cross-reference

can any one tell me if the altima and sentra have the same front disc brakes? i need to find out if the calipers and rotors from any other nissan will fit my 2000 sentra gxe, (rear drums). i was in a junkyard and the altimas "looked" like they were the same thing, but i didn't have no way of measuring anything. any cross-reference to what will fit my car will be greatly appreciated, as it appears sentras do not get sent to junk yards very often, and i will not go to a dealer for parts for a car that has 219,000 miles on it.

But for $25, I'd get a brand new Centric rotor and pads. You never know what you get form the junkyard until are able to mount it on and measure runout.
