Default 2017 Nissan Versa Note oil leak

Hey guys bought my wife a 17 Versa Note last summer brand new. It has a little over 10k on it and this morning I noticed where she parks there was some oil in the snow. Hard to say how much since it was mixed into snow and the ice under the snow but it was definitely more than a few drops. Haven't had a chance to check under the car yet since it's 10 degrees out and the sun's down. But was curious if anyone else has had an issue like this with a new Nissan. Obviously it's still on warranty but really don't want to deal with that so early into owning it.

Without knowing the color of it, it's hard to say. If you recently had an oil change, it could be residual. If not, the best thing you can do is get to a Nissan dealer and have it looked at, especially since it's under warranty. Prolonging it could result in damage to the engine, transmission or other component.
