Mi altima al calentarse empieza a cascabelear, porque puede ser?

Puede ser la calidad de la gasoline. Comienze por ponerle Buena gasoline.

ok, eso hare, sabes si es problema general de la marca, hace dias escuche el mismo cascabeleo en una x-trail, que circulaba junto a mi!

Pueden ser muchas cosas, como las bujias, los enbovinados o el sensor del flujo del aire, pero lo mas comun y barato de cambiar es la gasoline.
