Default No power to trailer plug in

I have a 2007 Titan king cab xe has tow package I don't have any power to the trailer light plug I have checked all the fuse and Relays that I have seen on line and the videos but I think I am missing a place I can't locate

There are some fuses on the back side of the IDPM, if I'm not mistaken. It might be worth a look.

I don't remember what years were involved in the recall but some had a sub harness added to the bcm. That harness had 2 in line fuses in it.

Thank you for your time and help however I have checked both of the fuse boxes and I have no bad fuses in those I did pull the rear white fuse board and found no fuses behind or underneath I have located the two blue fuses or relays next to steering column but could not pull them out, how do I check those and where is the sub harness located ,also there is a thin black rectangular thing that has a green and red light on the top connected to the battery if I recall it said spiron or something like that what is it for
