Well, it's happening again. That MAF sensor fix lasted all but a week. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.

Hi All,

Just a followup, I traded the malfunctioning 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE for a new car. The problem was happening at least 5 times a day, and I could no longer stand to risk an accident.

I hope someone finds the solution one day!

I had the same issues with my 2008 Sentra. Tried everything mentioned here, then discovered the intake airflow, between the air Filter and engine was cracked. Replaced the plastic parts and the flexible hose now it's perfect!!!!!!
