Default Removing power steering belt

Any Ideas on removing the power steering belt on a 92 sentra 1.6 ltr? I have backed off the tension screw, loostened the adjustment bolt right next to it. I have even loosened the pulley bolt on the far side of the pump. Cannot budge the power steering pump to release the tension on the belt.

Any help is appreciated
Thanks

Like tech22 sugested, you have to loose the pivot bolt on the power steering pump. I think you have to access the bolt from the back of the pump.

If the pivot bolt is the bolt next to the oil filter on the the other end of the pulley. I did loosen that one. Is there another bolt I am not seeing?
