2004 Nissan Sentra Spec-V Engine Flooding on start-up runs fine afterwhich
I have a 2004 nissan sentra ser spec-v and the dman thing keeps flooding out on the start-up. I have chceked the Engine Tempurature Sensor, Fuel pump pressure, relay, and I have no idea what could be causing the problem. One thing is for sure when you pull the plugs out they are soaked with fuel. So, I thought the injectors might be the source of the problem, but it appears not because when the accelerator is depressed to the floor on start up the injectors stop injecting fuel as they should. So, why does the engine flood out? The car itself runs like a dream, but when you shut it off(after 10 minutes or so)it sputters and spats and sure enough it is flooded. I am about to sell the thing for 5K as is and let it go.
Please help,
Keith C.
