Lightbulb 75w90 synthetic oil in Manual Tranny??

I wonder if i can use safely 75w90 full synthetic gear oil in my 1.8 manual transmission as replacement for the coming m/t oil flush. This oil meets GL4 and GL5 and gave me good service in a previously owned Toyota Tercel manual transmission.

I noticed that Nissan suggest 75w85 gear oil.

Thank you for your time!
