Default Code P1140: Solenoid vs Sensor and how to clean

I've got a 2002 Nissan Sentra, 1.8L.

I waited too long to change the oil, and got code P1140, Intake Valve Timing Control Position Sensor.

My question is: what is the difference between
- Valve Timing Control Position Sensor
- Intake valve timing control solenoid valve (bank 1)
- and the variable camshaft timing position sensor

....do they all exist on a 2002 nissan sentra? And if so, where can they be found? Seems like folks keep calling these parts by different or interchangeable names.
