Default How To Reground The MAF Sensor

I am just about at my wits end. I bought a 2008 Sentra SE-R Spec V, 6 speed Stick. As I wrote in my other thread, the dealer had gutted my front catalytic converter and completely removed the rear one. The car is running really bad, it is slightly jerking and has very little power, after it warms up. When it is cold, the car will run perfectly.

After replacing the cats, the MAF Sensor, gas cap, replaced the Champion spark plugs with NGK plugs, I now have an a check engine light on Bank 1 Sensor 1 code. I also just read if the MAF had a bad ground it would cause the engine to run poorly. I am going to replace both upstream 02 sensors. How do I reground the MAF?
