Default Key fob - 2011 Nissan Sentra

Hello all,
I've got a 2011 Nissan sentra. I bought it used with only one key fob, so I want to get another one to have just in case.
What would be the cheapest way to do it? I can do DIY if it's possible, but I don't have a programmer or anything like that. I see some keyfobs sold on Amazon for $150 with programming included, but this looks a bit expensive to me. My key fob looks like this:

Edit:
I just saw key fobs sold on ebay for $15 a pair, and the seller claims that they are self programmable (!?) what do you think about these?

They are not self programmable. You will need to go to a dealer or locksmith to get them programmed .

Ok is maybe a 'cheaper' solution to buy a programmer device and do it myself? So far the cheapest locksmith I've found is $120

I know I am a day late and a dollar short on this older thread, but this may help others looking to replace a key fob. We just bought two from ebay for $7.50 for our Pathfinder and understand they are pretty well the same for most other Nissans. You can program them yourself, our's came with instructions that we had to look up online. It didn't work a couple of times because I wasn't doing the sequence right. When I did, I programmed the two new ones and the old one as well.

If you already have one, you will have to reprogram it at the same time you program the new one or it won't work again. You don't need to buy anything but the fobs, no special anything else.
