Default Electrical issue?

Hello, i've recently started having weird glitches and lights on my 2012 Sentra SE-R (CVT Transmisison)The SES light came on and the parking brake light stays on even when it is released. Brake Fluid is near full. After checking the codes with a scanning tool, it gave me a P0500 (Vehicle speed sensor issue) i was gonna get the part and have it fixed but there are some other glitches that seem completely unrelated to the issue that make me think it could be an electrical issue, for one the radiator fan keeps running when i start driving the vehicle and will not stop until i stop the car and the car doesnt seem to be overheating the temp gauge displays normal level, also the doors locking at a set speed is not working, accessories does not stays on anymore after i turn ignition off but keep the key in contact. I have not done any work on the car recently, beside getting a trailer hitch and wiring installed in a shop. I was wondering if anyone here got the same issues or could give me pointers on where to start looking?
