Default Noisy timing chain?

97 Sentra 1.6 241000 miles. Recently replaced the upper timing chain tensioner and water pump. Really worn. Started car and noise was gone. Drove around ran well. Parked for about 15 minutes. Started car again and timing chain was making noise again. It went away after driving around. Cold start next morning, no noise. Warm start, noise. Should I replace the upper and lower chain? Looking to pass the 300k mark. Any ideas?? Thanks.
