Exclamation 03 Sentra w/ 1.8L very rough idle @ stop

Hi,
I am hoping you can point me in a direction. My 2003 Sentra has started idling very rough when in drive and stopped at a light. Idle seems normal in park and as soon as you start to pick up few MPH it immediately smoothes out. Power seems ok. No codes. Cleaned MAF. Cleaned MAF connector. Coils and plugs are new <2000 miles. Ran fine until just the last couple hundred miles. Put a little Seafoam through Vac Lines, some in the tank. Starts immediately when cranked. Thought about vacuum leaks but cannot find anything. Sprayed around a little MAF cleaner on all vac hoses I could find and all connects....no change in idle. The baffling thing is no codes except a one time hit on a thermostat low out of range code but no recurrence....Thoughts?

Need to get this thing up and running right for son's daily drive to college.

Have you noticed any loss of engine coolant? Sound like you may have a blown head gasket.

There was a small coolant leak in the radiator so I replaced it and all the hoses and thermostat. Coolant level is steady. no indication of any emulsification of the engine oil either, however, I have now performed a compression test on all 4 cylinders and found cylinders 1 and 2 low at about 115 to 120 psi each, 3 and 4 are both in the 185 to 190 psi range....obviously there is a problem there...valves? or leak between cylinders? (I am not sure if this is possible without a resulting 0 psi result on those two cylinders but if the failure was small...maybe...the gage I used had a check feature that locked in max pressure so I could not see if the pressure was bleeding off and only momentarily peaked at 115....Thoughts? Need a good plan to id the real issue as I live on Guam and it takes a while to get parts so I don't want to order a bunch of stuff I don't need or get into it and find I am short parts and stuck with a disassembled engine and a car stuck in a maintenance stall. Any help would be appreciated!
