Default Charcoal canister

I have a 2004 Sentra. I want to remove the charcoal canister which is located underneath beside the rear wheel. One of the hose's with a funny clip wont come out. Any suggestions please?
Thank you.

Most original hose clamps you use a plier to press in to loosen. If they're rusted, replace with stainless from Home Depot or Loews or Ace, etc. for cheap.
