Default 2008 Strut mount bearings

Good Morning to all,
Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit my dealer and have a "Noise" on the car diagnosed. The diagnosis was that my strut mount bearings were bad. This morning cruising the technical bulletins I found NTB08-094a. Does this mean that this part and repair is covered under warranty? The car only has 55,000 miles and is a 2008. Worse yet, this is the car that last year was found to have the bent rear axle and it took them 3 axles to find a straight one. I will contact my dealer and see what they have to say, but I was looking for another opinion.

Here's another update. Today I got a second opinion. I took the car in for two reasons: a. the rear passenger tire showed signs of cupping when I rotated it b. a "grinding noise, almost like the tire rubbing something was heard when you do a left hand turn, especially a hard left. Yet there was no sign anywhere of the tire rubbing. The first mechanic said it was the strut bearings and all shocks were okay. Today, the mechanic told me he thought the rear shocks were bad (at least one, because as you bounced the car you could hear the thing squishing) and that he didn't think the bearings were bad but rather the driveshaft was failing. He will show me why he thinks that tomorrow after he has opportunity to pull the boot and inspect the joint. Any thoughts?

The strut bearings are only covered for 36,000 miles. A technical service bulletin doesn't extend the warranty. If there is a problem with the axle shaft that would be covered by the 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.
