Default Sentra tension adjuster for Alternator Belt

I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S, I had the alternator belt replaced and before I did I looked to see if I could do it myself. I know the part, with 8mm head that adjusts the tension of the alternator belt was there, but now its not. The car started squealing when I start it, and I believe its due to the Belt. Am I Right?? Also does anybody know the part number of the part that adjusts tension on the alternator belt and how much it costs. Thanks
