need help from another master tech

2001 sentra no start, narrowed down to ecu, replaced ecu no change,
test for power confirmed harness broken, replaced harness still no change,
new harness and ecu verified proper power and ground to the ecu
tech says he is stuck and doesnt know where else to go , just came shot questions at me any suggestions guys?

dont worry found out the problem, tech said he checked power but didnt
broken wire going to the ecm relay
