2004 sentra question
I have just purchased a 2004 Sentra SE-R (Canadian model), 35000 kilometers.
It was a salesperson 'demo' vehicle, so it has all the bells and whistles. My question is 1. What is the 'battery saver'? 2. How do the 'heated side mirrors' get turned on? Thanks for your help. :) |

The battery saver control turns the lamps (interior, map, vanity) off automatically (after approximately 10 minutes) when the any lamps switch is ‘ON’ with the ignition switch ‘OFF’ and the driver’s door is open and then close.
After lamps are turn off by the battery saver system, the lamps illuminate again when: -Driver’s lock is locked or unlocked -Door is open or closed -Key is inserted into or removed from the ignition switch. The heated rear view mirrors are turn ‘ON’ when the rear window defogger switch is turn ‘ON’
