Default Buzzing from rear end

This is going to be long so bear with me. I needed rear tires for my 2018 Rogue. Got new tires and shortly after my AWD would randomly lock and then overheat. Then the buzzing started. I took to dealer the mechanic said the new tires were 2" bigger than the others, causing AWD lock. and he also found a TPMS monitor was loose buzzing around. He told me to also change the rear differential oil. Went back to the tire guy and put 2 more tires on it they fixed the TPMS mount and I was on my way. The buzzing didn't stop. I changed rear differential oil. I even swapped the right rear tire ( that's where it seemed the noise was from) with front left. The problem didn't go away. Did something go south as a result of the AWD overheating? Please advise. I have 67000 miles on it and an extended warranty.
Thanks
