Angry "Bad Amperage Regulation/2014-2019 Rogue"!!

*** "Bad Electrical Amperage Regulation for HVAC/Fan Motor, and Electric Power Steering", shows up at 6-8K Miles! Make a left turn, fan motor speeds up (2) speeds! Make right turn, speeds up (1) speed! Drive straight, it slows back Down! "Higher Speed in Left Turn", most likely is, and was the original "Normal"! Is progressively, more "Degenerative"!

"Nissan" voluntarily bought back my 2015/SL from "New", at 13K miles, as they "Did Not Have A Fix"!! Tried "Steering Column and Fan Replacement", and did not work! Told that percentages for "2017" problem did not exist, so "Took a Chance/Bought Another"! I'm 1/2 way through "Lemon Law" procedure here in Florida, on the 2017,"Nissan", started at 8K miles, still with "No Fix/Solution/Resolution"! "Nissan" is claiming this to be a "Normal Characteristic for Vehicle", and refusing "Buy-Back"! *** "BIG QUESTION"?? How many other unknown systems is this "Low/Amperage Variation" affecting that will destroy components, I will have to pay for?? Maybe it will just be "An Airbag in My Face", while I'm "Driving Blind" through a "School Zone"!!! *** Something tells me, the issue is quite a bit larger than "Nissan" would like to admit, and you can't institute a "Recall", without a fix!! "Be Assured", I'll be seeing "This One Completely Through"!!! ***"Spread The Word/Class Action Talks"!!!

Actually, the NHTSA can force Nissan to recall vehicles even if there isn't a current fix for the problem if they so deem. Then, the manufacturer will have a certain amount of time to come up with a correction for the problem or will have to buy back the vehicles or have the owner keep the vehicle and sign an agreement to release the manufacturer from liability. That's basically what happened to the Nissan Van from '87-'90. After four recalls, Nissan ended up buying back the vans, offering substantial trade value of the vans toward a new Quest or the option of having the owner keep the van and release them of liability. The vehicles that were bought back by Nissan were then crushed. That all starts with the NHTSA getting enough complaints to warrant an investigation into the matter, so it's a lengthy process. That leaves you to what you are already doing, which is going through the lemon law procedure for your state.
