Blower Motor Cycles with RPM
Hello all,
My daughters 2010 Rogue's blower motor burned out. So I replaced the motor and the resistor while I was at it. It worked fine for a bit, then the following started happening. If you are at a light, when you initially press on the gas, and the engine begins to rev, the blower will cut out, then eventually come back on. It seems when the engine begins to rev, something is causing the blower motor to either slow down, or cutoff completely until engine rpm stabilizes. Same thing happens if you for example are on the road and give it gas where it kicks down a gear to pass someone (once again, as engine starts to increase revs quickly) If you give it gas gently, it doesn't do it.....any ideas? |

FYI, it was the blower resistor....it ultimately failed completely again. Replaced and all is well with the world again.
