Rusty oil pan & transmission plate Rogue 2011

Good morning all,


The after market garage told me the oil pan and transmission plate need replacing because of rust on my 2011 Rogue. Would replacement be covered under a Nissan extended warranty? Anyone experience this issue?

Rust is not usually covered. It is considered an environmental condition and not a defect.
