Based on the codes, you have a cylinder misfiring, which will trigger the P0300 code. Unfortunately, there are several things that could cause a cylinder to misfire. The most common problems for your vehicle are spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel injectors. A cylinder misfire could also set the P0420 and P0430 (Catalytic Converter) codes. Sometimes fixing the misfire will take care of those codes, but if you had the misfire for a while, the Catalytic Converter may have already been damaged.
The P0462 could be an unrelated code. Before replacing any parts, try filling up the gas tank with high-octane gas, clear the codes, and drive your Quest. If the engine light comes back on while you are driving, come back and start by inspecting or replacing the spark plugs.
