2006 3.5 Nissan Quest long crank time
I'm having troubles with my van taking twice as long to crank before firing up. It happens every-other time I go to start it up. The speed of the crank is the same and it drives fine after starting.

Check battery. Take battery voltage reading before starting. If you get 12v or less, you need a new battery. Next step is when engine is running. Take voltage reading. With engine running you should get 14.5v - 14.7v. If you get less than 14v, you need a new alternator.

I would do a fuel pressure test and fuel pressure leakdown test.
