Default Trans replaced, now cruise d/n work: 1999 Quest

We had the dealership replace the transmission with another used when it failed ($2,500 or so...) and now the cruise control does not work, though it worked fine prior. I rather not waste a day leaving it back at the dealership to figure out what was disconnected and not reconnected - anyone have a good idea?

The light turns on on both the button and the dash when I press the switch on the panel, but the buttons on the steering wheel won't do anything; well, at least definitely not set!

Check that all the cables, linkages and connectors are right on the passenger side of the engine bay, you'll see the cruise module
