Arrow White Smoke Under Hood

My 1997 Nissan Quest is burning pillars of clean white smoke from under the hood, especially when I stop at a stop sign or red light. It has a really faint antifreeze scent. It NOT running hot at all, and I can't find any visible leaks when I open the hood. My father suggested that it may be the knock sensor, because my check engine light is on and the Knock sensor and throttle position sensor are the culprits. Any advice?

No is not the knock sensor, it is most likely a small coolant leak. You should have a mechanic pressure test the coolant system to find the leak. It is not safe to drive like that, the engine may start overheating at anytime and can get damage.

Sounds like one of the coolant bypass hoses (underneath the plenum) may be leaking. I agree with NissanTech to have it pressure tested.
