always get overheat/no leaks in radiator
my 2001 nissan sentra always gets overheat i had mechanics checked the radiator but they told its working good no leaks whats the problem i need to fill with water every time i travel or else the radiator gets empty.

Did your mechanic check the Thermostat?

yeap agree with the head gasket when u start the car or running do u see steam coming from the exhaust

Find a tech that has a hydrocarbon tester that is connected in place of the pressure cap. Another way is to look for bubbles in the coolant as the engine is running.Some times this works.The way i like to check is to pull the plugs and look to see which one has been"steamed-cleaned". also with a light look at the top of each piston to find the one that to has been "steam-cleaned" also. Those are dead give-aways.as to water intrustion into the combustion chambers.
