Acceleration Issue

I replaced the LCD panel (fuel, odometer, etc) in my wife's 2006 Quest this weekend. This morning she's telling me that at times the car won't accelerate. After reading the thread about the ECM and TCM, it sounds like it may be related to the electronics in the car. Do you think that perhaps I may have a loose connection in one of the 3 wiring plugs in the dash as a result of my repair this weekend, or could it just be a coincidence and another issue?

TIA,
Alan

Remove the ecm and check for corrosion on the bottom side where it bolts to the mounting bracket. Also check the negative battery cable to make sure it is still connected to the transmission case.
