Nissan Armada Idle Air Volume Learning Procedure

I performed the Idle Air Volume Learning procedure but when I finished, my "check engine" light was still on and my idle in PARK is a little over 1000 RPM (it drops to about 750 in DRIVE). At the end of "step 9" shown below, it says the check engine light should be on. Finishing up the procedure it never says when the check engine light should turn off.

If I re-run the procedure do I also have to re-run the “Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning” and the “Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning” every time I re-run the Idle Air volume procedure?

9. Fully release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds after the CEL is ON.
10. Start engine and let it idle.
11. Wait 20 seconds.
12. Rev up the engine two or three times and make sure the idle speed and ignition timing are within the specifications.
Idle speed = 650 ± 50 rpm (in P or N position)

No, you don't have to do it.

Why are you performing the Idle Air Volume Learning procedure?

Hi... I was following a link in the Titan forum and also in ClubArmada where several folks recommended running some "reset / relearn" procedures. Since I recently purchased my 08 I wanted to get it back to stock specs instead of what it had learned from the previous owner.
I ran the ECU reset, the Accelerator Pedal Release Position Learning, the Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning, and the Idle Air Volume Learning (Throttle Position Learning) procedures. All of the other procedures worked out great but the throttle position procedure left me with the check engine light still on and a high idle RPM.
