Default 2006 Pathfinder shakes when accelerating over 40mph

My car shakes whenever I accelerate over 40 mph. It accelerates perfectly fine under 40, but once it hits 40, it starts shaking and sounds like driving with one window down or in a tunnel. This continues when I accelerate, no matter the speed as long as it’s above 40 mph.
It only shakes when I accelerate, and stops shaking when I let off the gas no matter the speed.
I feel it in the steering wheel, but more so from the pedal, so I feel it is the engine.
Could it be a loose engine mount?
I’m not sure what else it could be, because a problem with the wheels would be even if I was not on the gas.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
