2005 Pathfinder no start
My 2005 Pathfinder was parked for a year because of a heater hose leak. Now it would not start. It cranks but will not start. It wants to start but would die out . I check for spark and it has spark.
It also smells fuel but would not continue to start. If I pump the accelerator pedal it would like to start but it is fuel injected so doing that does not make sense. I took out the intake hose and found some dirt in the throttle body. The butterfly does not move if I push it with my finger. Is that normal for the fly by wire throttle body? Can i give it some force and push it without damaging the actuator? Thanks |

I pushed the throttle plate to open it did and cleaned as much as i can since i do not have any throttle body cleaner on hand.
It started right away but it now idles at 1300 rpm and only revs to 2k rpm with the accelerator to the floor. I connected my obd and it showed 7% TPS. Any suggestions? |

Check if fuel pressure is good.
