Default Stalling, smoking and loss of power

Apologies if this has been covered in other threads previously, I have seen a few that cover similar issues but none that exactly reflect the issues I am having. I love my pathfinder but am desperate to get it sorted and it's getting close to recieving a fire bomb.

So the first issue is that when starting first thing in the morning its starts and idles fine but after 1 mile it cuts out, same place everytime. Start it again and it will drive for the rest of the day.

Secondly under load I have lots of black smoke coming from the exhaust, clearly burning too much fuel and I know this is a common problem. It also loses power at low rpm in 6th gear it struggles and I have to change down to 5th. I have already changed the following.

Injectors have been changed
Boost solenoid changed
Suction valve changed
Fuel filter changed
Turbo cleaned and is fine
Rail sensor changed
Air filter changed

It's also had a timing chain replaced, head gasket and thermostat.

Please help!!
