Default 2003 Pathfinder LE AC Gauge High Side Needle Going Crazy

Our 2003 Pathfinder LE started blowing air that was not very cool. I did some checking online and what I found is it was suggested it was low on r134a. I put some r134a in the ac but not much at all. When I did it showed the low pressure gauge needle spiked as far as it could. I shut the engine off then opened the low side and the high side to relieve some pressure. All that did was allow the high side pressure to drop faster than the low pressure side. I shut both sides down again and left it for the night.

The next day I hooked the gauges back up and it showed that both sides were stabilized back to normal. Here are the photos of the gauges:

#1 just hooked up engine cold

#2 Engine cranked cold engine

#3 Engine at operating temps engine at 1500 rpm

#4 Was video of engine at 2500 rpm high side needle fluctuating so fast you couldn't see the needle. it was fluctuating between 235 and 300.

#5 Engine back to idle after needle went crazy

#6 Engine at operating temps, engine just shut off.

The hose on the low side was warm, was not cool to the touch, the hose on high side AC was so hot I couldn't unhook the gauge coupling. The inside air was blowing kinda cool just not comfortably cool.
