Cool 2003 Pathfinder ECM or Swirl control valve

HI
Which comes first the chicken or the egg?

I recently had my ac compressor changed ( I am in Mexico) ordered the part online - mechanics can be iffy down here.
Had the ac compressor changed and on the way home my pathfinder idle was off ( it's always run smoothly) when I got on the high way and tried to accelerate the truck bogged down and lost power - I assumed it was bad gas (happens a lot down here) and that I needed a fuel filter. Went and had the fuel filter and oil changed etc - did not fix the problem.

Had a mechanic that said it was ECM ( he put it on a computer) ordered the part ( can't get ahold of original mechanic) finally found one that said he could program the ECM. He put it on his computer and it said nothing of the ECM but said it was code p1130 which is the Swirl control valve control solenoid valve.

4 questions:
Where is Swirl control valve control solenoid valve located?

Could the Swirl control valve control solenoid valve been bumped pulled off or damaged when the ac compressor was put on?

Is the ECM located under the dash or under the hood behind the manifold?

Could it just be the Swirl control valve control solenoid valve or is it the ECM that made the Swirl control valve control solenoid valve not operate correctly. Which went bad first? The Swirl control valve control solenoid valve or the ECM or is it both?

Up until the ac compressor was changed the truck drove beautiful. It's old and lately, all I have done is fixed this thing but now it's starting to become too much. New suspension, brakes, ac compressor, window motor, basic tuneup, shocks
please help

Under the dash.

Sounds like somehow the Swirl Control Valve Solenoid got activated or the "Power Valve Actuator" (Which is controlled the Swirl Control Valve Solenoid) is stuck.

Where is the "Power Valve Actuator" located?
thanks for all your help. I need to know what I am talking about when I take it here to a mechanic.
Also would this power valve actuator give the same error code?
Why would the first reading say ECM and then the second the P1130?
