P0745 is a transmission code for the pressure control solenoid valve, which is part of the solenoid pack that is bolted to the side of the valve body inside the transmission. It controls the line pressure. It won't cause the vehicle to not start or the engine to not crank, however. Check your battery and make sure power is getting to the starter solenoid signal wire when the ignition switch is turned to "start." If that's good, you may have a bad starter assuming the engine isn't locked up. Sometimes tapping on the starter will get it to work temporarily. If there is no power getting to the starter solenoid, then you'll have to check the power supply circuit to it from the ignition switch.
