Default SECU Replacement???

Hello! I am new to the Nissanhelp and would first like to thank everyone that contributed their time and expertise to make this a great site. The information here is pricless. I purchased a 1997 Pathfinder with 92000 original miles for my wife. I found that the warning buzzer does not work for seatbelts, lights or ignition key. The door keys do not activate the electric locks ( the fob works fine, as well as the interior switches) and there is an intermittent parasitic current draw of 145 milliamperes in the cicuit from the 40A BAT fuse in the engine compartment. I suspect the Smart Entrance Control Unit and have one coming from Ebay. My question is..... Does the SECU require any programing, or is it a simple bolt in?? Thanks in advance for any help.

No programming required. Just unplug the old and plug in the new.
