Default 2002 Pathfinder idle issue

We bought a bargain 2002 Pathfinder based vehicle that wasnít running. Installed new fuel ump, no start, scan tool said immobilizer activated, towed to Nissan, new key and old key programmed, new thing in column that reads key installed. Drove vehicle home, parked and left idling with my wife in it to watch gauges til it ran out of fuel. Engine quit, smoke wisp from driver footwell area, no start. Popped ECCS2 fuse, google search revealed IAC issue, unplug IAC, engine will idle with properly timed blip of throttle while cranking. Install new IAC, TPS, spark plugs and all gaskets for those processes. Engine starts right up cold and idles at 1800RPM, warms up idle surges between roughly 1600RPM and 1800RPM. Tried relearn procedure and no change. Start with IAC unplugged, same idle issues, no SES light, scan tool reveals P0505 and P0507 if I remember correct, cleared, repeated procedure, same results. Iím guessing PCM is cooked. Thank you, Chip.
