Default water tube leak back of heads

Have a leak at pass cylinder head at the back cylinder head the water tube bolt on the head with two bolt when it goes to driver side where it bolt on with two bolts my question this can you replace gaskets without pulling trans or can you get to them if intake comes off ? thx,. for any help. Iam sure someone as had this problem before any suggestion would appreciated .

You don't have to remove the transmission.
