It's hard to say without experiencing the issue for myself. Any chance the throttle body is dirty and causing the throttle plate to stick? Maybe a bad motor mount? Maybe there actually is an issue with the swirl valve control?

Yeah I cleared the CEL once and went to go get gas. It was about half way full when gas started to spill out and boy was that a show..... anyways I think I got a ragey-paigey shoving sugar down the gas pipe. :/

The CEL came back with the swirl solenoid valve. What does this thing do anyways?

On the drive status (lights for if I am in 4WD 2WD RWD). It happens on all the drives. I think I may flush the transmission to see if that helps.

I just replaced the swirl valve. Cleared the code and I started the engine. I pressed the gas and at about 1.5k-2k rpm the engine starts jumping up and down. If I press the gas harder then it just goes normal and goes to 3k+ rpm like it should.

I did disconnect couple of connectors to change the swirl valve.
All these 4-5 connectors.

I did try doing the relearn from this link:
HOW TO: Learning Procedures - Nissan Forum | Nissan Forums

Did I screw up by unplugging those connectors?

So I fugged up. Without realizing it I had placed the swirl valve in the wrong way The silver plug should be facing the driver fender. I had it that the silver plug goes into the black box

I plugged that connector back into that black box, now I hear clicking noise from that box, and the drive status (the light on the instrument cluster that shows if its in AWD 2WD) thing blinks every time the box is blinking.

So After trying to do the relearns wrong, I looked at the preconditions needed to be good to relearn. Appearantly RPM should be 800, Im getting 850.

So I guess this will be a solo mission for me, I googled how to change the idle rpm, and came up with rotating the TPS in order to lower or increase idle rpm. I managed to lower the car to 750 RPM, but I am waiting for the car to cool down to confirm. Will probably be tomorrow as its not cooled down yet. I did lean a house fan up against the hood to speed up the process but I guess its gonna take longer.

The black box is not a Nissan part. It may be an aftermarket remote start or a remote disable unit used by car dealers when the vehicle is sold to people with poor credit. I would have it removed, personally. You do not turn the TPS to adjust the idle. The idle is adjusted via the idle speed screw on the idle control valve (IACV-AAC valve). Before adjusting idle or ignition timing, there is a procedure that must be performed. Basically, run the engine at 2000-3000 RPM for two minutes and make sure the engine is at normal operating temperature. Shut the engine off. Unplug the throttle position sensor. Start the engine and rev the engine a few times, then let it idle. Adjust the ignition timing to spec. Adjust the base idle to spec. Shut the engine off and plug the TPS back in.
The TPS has a learned memory. There is a technical service bulletin that shows how to adjust it. It is unplugged with the engine at normal operating temperature and then the specified feeler gauges are used along with a multimeter to properly adjust its position. Afterwards, the closed throttle position needs to be relearned.

So should I turn the TPS back? I was looking at forums saying there was a screw on the IACV but other posts said that wasn't idea, also I couldnt find a screw.

Well you are in for a good ride guys,

I just discovered total of 3 black boxes that SHOULD NOT be there.
Sounds like the last owner pissed off a bank or someone.

Shadey wiring job showed me where to look. :)

What a crime scene these wires are, will post pictures soon, but omg the amount of plastic shed is real.
