93 pedal goes to the floor
I have a 93 Pathfinder, I replaced all 4 brake pad sets but in the process I let one of the right front pistons pop out. I got it back in and tried the brakes without bleeding, needless to say I screwed up. I replace the right front caliper thinking I messed up the seal and bled the system according to the shop manual. after a half gallon of fluid and a new vacuum bleeder the pedal still goes to the floor when I start it up. I took it to a local shop and they have tried everything from 2 different master cylinders a left front caliper, and numerous other trials, They say the booster is OK. They finally tapped out and its back in my garage.
Does any body have any suggestions |

Couple of question:
Does the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor with the engine OFF or just with the engine ON? Can you pump the brake pedal? What size (width) are the brake rotors?
