Default 2008 PF-75K engine wont stop unless dome light fuse is removed

2008 PF bought 2 yrs ago with 50K. Dome lights went out. Mechanic replaced a 15a fuse and dome lights now work, but engine continues to run even with key turned to off. Remove fuse and now back to dome lights dont work but engine shuts off.

What's interesting is that the interior dome lamps are all power from the BCM (body control module) and the interior lighting wiring diargram doesn't show a 15A fuse. Could be someone replaced the fuse with a different amperage or the fuse you pulled isn't directly related to the interior lighting. If you can give me the fuse # and whether it was from the underdash fuse block or from the IPDM/ER in the engine compartment, it would be helpful. The fuse # will be on the fuse block next to the fuse (you have to look hard).
