What is the problem with wipers?

There is no much to explain, just remove the cover, then remove the bolt, and remove the linkage.

Thanks nissantech. the problem is that when the wiper go on there is one point where is kind of skips and i am starting to hear sounds like buckling. its def not the motor. Now my main concern is getting the ball joint detached from the motor. it seems to be stuck on there. any tricks that you know of that i could use. Much appreciated
