Default 2005 pathfinder emergency (parking) brake

Does anybody know how to adjust the emergency brakes on 2005 pathfinder, the emergency (parking) brake doesn't hold anymore and can't seem to figure out how to adjusted the thing.

You could try adjusting the cable connected directly on the ebrake pedal. There are 2 adjusting nuts there basically loosen it about 1/4" and back the other onto it.

Normally 4-5 clicks should hold the SUV on the spot. If that don't work, then you'll have to adjust it in the rear.

remember my parking brakes is a foot parking brake on the floor, not a hand pull one.

I agree with Npath, you just have to adjust the cable.
