Default wet driver's side floorboard

Within the past week, I've noticed a wet spot almost directly under the accelerator. It's there some days and not on others. I don't believe it is the heater core or anything like that...smells like freshwater. I have no idea where it could be coming from or how to check to determine where it may be coming from. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Thats weird, my dads lexus had that same problem last week... I had to pull the seats out and all the carpet. Then I dried it completely and had to carpet wash the floor carpet. Major pain in the a**, but we couldn't find the problem. When I took everything out of the car I ran a hose all around the car to see if there was a leak... after 30min of water, I couldn't find the leak. People online said that it was the A/C line was clogged.... mine wasn't...

Good luck on your find, keep us posted!

Check the drain tube which you can get to from under the vehicle. It's near the center at the base of the fire wall.Gently blow air to check for obstructions.

Thats funny, no not from the boots. Checked the drain tube, seems fine no blockage. Its a leak from somewhere when it rains. I did not use the truck for a few days during a rainstorm and there was so much water that it was dripping from under the drivers side.
