Airbag light 1997 pathfinder
The light on the airbag keeps blinking. I did the reset as prescribed and it worked for while. The problem came back and i disconnected the driver's side air bag and the SRS module. I did the reset, it worked for a while then came back. What should i do next? Is the SRS module shot?

You should have a shop with a scanner check for codes. Once you get the code you will be able to properly diagnose the problem. Do not replaced any parts before checking the code, since it could be just a loos connector or sensor and not the expensive SRS module.

Thank you. I have an appointment on Thursday to check codes. I am not sure where the sensors are located. I have a Haynes manual and it is not thorough enough. I removed the connection to the SRS module and for the bag in the steering wheel. I did not do the one in the glove box yet. Do you know where the sensors are located and what do they look like? Thanks again!
