Default running lights issue after head unit install

Hey guys, I'm kinda new here.

I wanted to know if anyone has experienced any problems with running lights after a head unit install...

I had the unit installed after my prior was stolen, leading me to believe that something was broken behind the factory unit which may cause this.

When I turn the headlights on, the headlights come on but the tail lights and license place bulb do not.

Brake lights still work when the pedal is depressed though.
