Is this one or two incidents of long crank before start. If so, could be just cold weather related if you are in cold country. Has any work been done on your car. I am assuming you are still under warranty then you should take it to the dealer for proper diagnoses.
Mean time, check battery terminal connections. If ok and you have a voltmeter, take battery voltage reading before starting and you should get 12.2v-12.6v. And when engine is running, do load test. Just turn everything on (headlite, a/c or heater on high,radio, etc.) then take voltage reading and yoiu should get at least 14.5v.
